According to the company’s Articles of Association, the company must have one auditor that is an auditing firm approved by the Central Chamber of Commerce.The term of the Auditor of the company shall end at the close of the Annual General Meeting following the election.

The company has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants as its auditor. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has appointed Mr Martin Grandell, Authorized Public Accountant, as the principal responsible auditor.

The 2019 consolidated financial statements include the following auditor’s fees: EUR 302 thousand of statutory audit fees and EUR 56 thousand of fees related to other advisory services.
